Great people.. In college I had stopped at a Monroe Brake and Auto because my windshield wiper stopped working during a snowstorm and that’s was the first place I passed and they had told me it was a motor issue and I’d have to replace it all for $300, I couldn’t do that so I drove a little further to Pacileos because my brother had told me to stop there and it was just a fuse that they replaced right then and there for nothing. Trustworthy people!

Great staff, great communication. I purchased my Jeep 2010 Liberty from them. Made the process painless and easy and were very transparent with my vehicle before I purchased it. I primarily worked with Kyle, who not only worked with me throughout the entire process, but was very prompt, responsive, friendly, and worked with me around my availability. Overall I highly recommend Paceleos Great Lakes, and will definitely be back again for my auto service needs!

I brought my car in because the inspection was due that day, no other service place including where I bought the car, would help us. The service department here change the front brakes and inspected it. They were very reasonable on their price. We took the car in Wednesday for an oil change and rear brakes. Again, very reasonable and very friendly people, and the service is wonderful. I recommend them for friendliness and great and reasonable service. Thank you,

Had an on/off engine light issue with an Infiniti that was tricky to figure out. They were able to figure it out and get it fixed. Shane and the guys there are super easy to deal with, friendly, and honest which is not easy to find anymore. Thanks guys!
